I don't know if anybody still reads these.....I don't see any activity. I made a batch of this on 10/10/19. When I made this I had no peppermint or maple syrup. Tried it intermittently for the first month or so and always found the banana to be too strong (it's all I could taste). Tried it again last night (after steeping for what.....around 6 months).....was going to throw it out and I was like what the hell. Wow......this is amazingly good after sitting in the bottle for 6 months.

I would half the peppermint. Way to much peppermint taste for me.

The peppermint is overpowering in my opinion and kind of takes over the whole profile. Could definitely do without the peppermint. Again, in my opinion.
